18 June, Kathmandu. Kathmandu Metropolitan City Mayor Balen Shah has postponed his visit to Singapore.
Balen canceled the visit after the Cabinet meeting gave approval for the visit.
Balen requested the approval of the Council of Ministers to participate in the ninth World City Summit to be held in Singapore from 20 to 22 June.
Minister of Communications Rekha Sharma informed that the cabinet meeting held on Thursday approved his visit.
But Mayor Balen has decided not to go. ‘It’s time for the budget, now we have canceled the visit due to busy schedule. No one is going from the metropolis to the city summit this time,’ said Bhupadev Shah, chief personal secretary of Balen Online newssaid with
