Kathmandu. The government has announced the development and promotion of intangible cultural fields such as language, literature, philosophy, culture, art, music, and drama. Finance Minister Barshman Pun said this while presenting the budget for the financial year 2081-2082 at the joint meeting of the Federal Parliament on Tuesday.
He also said that copyright protection and regulation will be done. It is also mentioned in the budget statement that the organization of international meetings and conferences of Sanatan religion and culture will be encouraged.
Starting with the initiative to place the Janaki temple in the World Heritage List, it has been announced in the budget to establish Bhanu Sahitya Udyan with statues of all the Nepali-speaking Murdhanya Srastas and Saptadham at Chundi Ramgha in Tanahun.
