16th June, Janakpurdham. The Bara police have arrested four members of the gang who manufactured fake Nepali notes in large quantities. There are four people arrested including an Indian.
Bara Police Spokesperson DSP Dadhiram Neupane informed that the police arrested them on Monday based on a special information from Simraungadh Municipality-9 Kachorwa, Sano Busbaria in Bara.
Among those arrested, 25-year-old Rajan Chaudhary of Kolhvi Municipality-6 of Bara, 19-year-old Akash Chaudhary of Ward-5, 19-year-old Mohan Kumar Sahar of Rajpur Municipality-1 of Rautahat and Bharat Vihar State Motihari police said that they were arrested. 40-year-old Mohammed Alam of Station Jharukhar, Panchayat Kabaiya Rural Municipality-7.
The police recovered 13 lakh 16 thousand fake Nepali notes from them, while Na 34 P 3512 and B.R. A motorcycle with number 06 AW 2758 and a bicycle have also been seized.
District Police Office Bara informed that further investigation is being conducted on those who were arrested.
