Dhangadhi. Purna Bahadur Khadka, Deputy Chairman of Nepali Congress, has said that the amendment of the constitution will be carried out with the consent of all the parties.
At the state level training program of Congress today in Dhangadhi, Deputy Chairman Khadka said that since Congress is the responsible party, the responsibility of implementing the constitution is also on the shoulders of Congress. He said that under the leadership of the Congress, the constitution was promulgated under the leadership of the Congress.
Deputy Chairman Khadka said that the proposal presented in the General Committee meeting of the party has been passed by the Central Committee and preparations are being made to make it a document and deliver it across the country. He mentioned that the training program has given a positive message and said that it will help to strengthen the party.
In the training program, central members of Congress Ramjanam Chaudhary, Sushila Bhatt, state president Bir Bahadur Balayar and others emphasized on the need to unite the party.
Officials of the state, district, regional and state committees of the Congress, people’s representatives and others participated in the training program.
