Trishuli (Nuwakot) . Spokesperson of Nepali Congress Dr. Prakasharan Mahat has said that the Congress-UML alliance was formed in a forced situation.
At the foundation-laying ceremony of the main administrative building of Suryagarhi Rural Municipality of Nuwakot today, he said that it was difficult to convince the CPN (Maoist Center) so they had to decide to form an alliance with the UML.
“Even though the Congress has been giving up cooperation with the (Maoist Center) for the service of the people and the correct implementation of the government budget, the alliance between the two big parties has been formed after creating problems by trying to distribute the budget randomly.” He said, “The alliance with UML will continue until the next election.”
Leader Mahat said that the goal of the current government and coalition is to provide good governance in the country, create development according to the demands of the people and implement the budget correctly. He claims that the minimum common program of the current government will come in the next few days and it will be the best so far.
