Kathmandu. One hundred and 13 people have died since May 28 due to floods and landslides in various parts of the country. According to the police head office, two people died in Kathmandu valley, 20 in Koshi province, five in Madhes province, 13 in Bagmati province, 38 in Gandaki province, 23 in Lumbini province, four in Karnali province and eight in Sudurpaschim province due to floods and landslides.
According to police spokesman Deputy Inspector General of Police Dan Bahadur Karki, 119 people were injured in the valley, 31 in Koshi province, 9 in Madhes province, 7 in Bagmati province, 28 in Gandaki province, 9 in Lumbini province, 16 in Karnali province and 11 in Sudurpaschim province.
