The members are divided into three groups in each sibir where two groups have 10/10 members and the third group has five members. All of them are weighed every week. Members of the group are rewarded with 400 yuan for an average weight loss of half a kilogram.
However, if any member of the group gains weight, no bonus will be given and each member will be fined 500 yuan.
