Kathmandu. Singing reality show ‘Voice Kids’ Season 3 premiered. A written agreement was also signed between the broadcasting channel Himalaya TV and the sponsor at the premiere ceremony held at One Cinemas Hall on Wednesday.
Prashant Subedi, Managing Director of Vatsalaya Natural IVF, the main sponsor of Season 3, and Dharmaraj Bhushal, President of Himalaya TV, signed the agreement.
On this occasion, Himalaya TV has also entered into a written agreement with other sponsors. Director Laxman Paudel, judges of the show Pramod Kharel and Chhewang Lama also participated in the program.
The first episode of the third season was screened at the premiere. The third season will be hosted by Ronisma Shrestha. Apart from Pramod and Chhewang, Melina Rai and Milan Newar are also judges.
The broadcast of the third season will begin on Friday night at 8 pm on Himalaya TV with the blind audition. 48 contestants will be selected through blind audition.
The Battle, Live Show, Semi-Finals and Finale are scheduled. The third season will have a winner in the finale on July 32.
A new feature has been added in the third season which will last for two months. Just like in ‘Voice of Nepal’, from this season also in Voice Kids, the coach has been given the right to block for the first time.
24 people will get entry in the live show. Also, one coach can steal two people in a battle.
Children from 6 to 14 years of age can compete in the competition. This is not a children’s show. But children are used as content,’ said director Paudel. This time, along with Nepal, child contestants from countries including India and America will also be seen in this season.
The main sponsors of Season 3 are Vatsalya Natural IVF, Powered by All Out and NIC Asia Bank. The co-sponsor is Current Instant Noodles.
