30 June, Kathmandu. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and CPN-UML President KP Sharma Oli had a meeting.
Prime Minister Dahal’s visit to India, preparations to bring Civil Liberties Party and Janmaat Party into the government and the government’s budget for the next financial year are being discussed in the Parliament, they met at Singh Darbar.
After the meeting, giving a brief response to the media, Oli responded that he had a good discussion with the Prime Minister.
President Oli had been saying that he was talking to the Prime Minister to eliminate the shortfall in the budget. Likewise, the UML MPs have been demanding that Prime Minister Dahal inform the Parliament about his visit to India. Oli said, ‘The meeting was good.’
At a time when Madhav Kumar Nepal, the chairman of the ruling partner CPN United Socialist Party, is trying to establish close relations with the Janata Samajwadi Party, Nepal, the meeting between the top leaders of the UML and the CPN Maoist Center, the top leaders of the ruling party, is being viewed with importance.
