Two daughters of local Narendra Bahadur Thapa died after drowning in a water well located in Putlibazar Municipality-4 Ramkosh Swara, police said.
The deceased were 14-year-old Lakshmi Thapa and 12-year-old Sushmita Thapa, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Police Spokesperson Indra Bahadur Rana of District Police Office Syangja informed.
Lakshmi was studying in class 9 and her sister Sushmita was studying in class 5. It is said that he drowned when he went to bathe and wash clothes in a well located about 500 meters away from his house.
