Kathmandu. In line with the country’s multilingual policy, Radio Nepal is going to start broadcasting news in Rajvanshi and Baitdeli languages from tomorrow with the aim of helping to protect and promote all languages.
Buddhi Bahadur KC, Executive Director of Radio Nepal, informed that Radio Nepal will start broadcasting news in Baitdeli language from Tarani Prasad Koirala Memorial Communication Village Biratnagar at 1:45 PM in Rajvanshi and at 3:15 PM from Regional Broadcasting Office Dipayal in Far West.
With the addition of Rajvanshi and Baitdeli language news broadcasts, the number of linguistic news broadcasted by Radio Nepal has reached 24 and programs are being broadcast in 23 languages.
