Civic Investment Fund will give 14 percent bonus shares

32 May, Kathmandu. Citizen Investment Fund will give 14 percent bonus shares.

The fund’s Board of Directors meeting held on Friday morning proposed a dividend to be distributed from the profits of the financial year 2079/80.

The fund has proposed to give 14.7368 percent dividend to the shareholders including 14 percent bonus shares of the current paid-up capital and 0.7368 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after getting approval from the Ministry of Finance and passing the next annual general meeting.
