32 May, Kathmandu. The employees of the Federal Parliament Secretariat have protested.
They protested with 11 points including not getting incentive allowance for overtime work.
On Friday, they worked with black bands on their arms.
They have warned that if their demands are not met, they will announce more protest programs on June 2.
