31st June, Biratnagar. One woman died and another woman was injured due to electrocution while washing clothes in Morang.
45-year-old Revatidevi Sarwaria died when she was electrocuted while washing clothes while driving a motor in Jahda rural municipality-1 Zailachok.
25-year-old Chandrika Sarwariya is injured. They are mother-in-law and daughter-in-law.
According to the police, Revathi Devi, who was seriously injured due to electric shock, was admitted to Biratnagar’s Makalu Hospital for treatment. The hospital declared him dead soon after he was brought there. Chandrika is being treated at Koshi Hospital Biratnagar.
