30 June, Kathmandu. Five Nepalis have been injured in a fire in a camp where migrant workers live in Kuwait.
According to the Nepali Embassy in Kuwait, five Nepali workers were injured in a fire at a labor camp in Mahaghaf, Kuwait at 4:30 am on Wednesday. According to the embassy, two are safe and the remaining three are normal.
Shivshankar Paswan and Dorje Lama were injured in the fire. They are being treated at Adan Hospital. The embassy reached the hospital and got information about the health condition of Paswan and Lama who are being treated.
Similarly, Dinesh Kumar Mandal has been discharged after general treatment at Farwania Hospital, according to Dutavasa. Similarly, Zakir Nadaf and Santosh Kumar Goit are safe, according to the embassy.
Regarding the incident, Labor, Employment and Social Security Minister Dol Prasad Aryal has inquired about the Nepali workers who were injured in the fire in the labor camp in Kuwait. Minister Aryal contacted the Nepali Embassy in Kuwait and got information about the Nepali workers in the camp.
