Ojha, who returned from the UK, started a bakery business in 2011. Aiming to present delicious and quality bakery dishes to Nepali consumers, it has been making many dishes by bringing raw materials from France. In addition, he procured the necessary raw materials from various European countries, including Italy and the UK. According to Vinod, he has made bakery dishes from world class chocolate, flour and flour.
This business, which started with an investment of 60 million rupees in Bashundhara, Kathmandu, has now expanded to Labim Mall in Pulchok and Pokhara.
Ojha has done a special course on bakery from France. He said that since France is considered the hub of bakery, learning there will be effective. ‘I took a 10-day private class in France to taste the true taste of bakery,’ he said.
