Kathmandu. Two new Indian films were released in Nepal on Friday. Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor starrer ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ and ‘Chhota Bheem’ have come to the screening.
‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ is the story of a couple. Mr. Mahendra is a failed cricketer and Mahima is a doctor. These two have become one after the arranged marriage. Since the surname is the same, both are addressed as Mr. and Mrs. Mahi.
They discover a common love and passion for cricket in each other. Finally, Mahendra discovers cricketing talent in his wife and encourages her to pursue her dream of becoming a cricketer. They make him a coach on this trip.
The runtime of this drama film directed by Sharan Sharma is 139 minutes.
Another film released on Friday is ‘Chhota Bheem’ which is an action, adventure and comedy film. Starring Anupam Kher, Sanjay Bisnoi and Markand Deshpande, the film tells the story of Bhima and his friends having to fight to destroy the black magic of Daman. Its runtime is 145 minutes.
In the second week, ‘Pharki Pharki’ and ‘Pujaar Sarki’
Suyog Gurung directed fantasy drama ‘Pharki Farki’ and Dinesh Raut directed ‘Pujaar Sarki’ have entered the second week from Thursday. It is certain that there will be a drop in occupancy in the second weekend as compared to the previous week, but it seems that Friday and Saturday can make satisfactory earnings.
Both the films have not released their first week collections. The producers of both the films have kept silent about the speculations that the business of both the films is doing almost the same. Social media users are demanding to make the collection public immediately.
