Kathmandu. It has been found that 849 foreign nurses are working in Nepal. The data was mentioned in the economic survey of the financial year 2080/081 presented by Finance Minister Varshman Pun Ananth in both houses of the Federal Parliament on Sunday.
According to the survey, out of 122 thousand 313 registered nurses in Nepal Nursing Council till February 2080, the number of foreign nurses is 849. Among them, 1 thousand 507 specialist nurses, 37 thousand 420 nurses, 66 midwives.
