Kathmandu. Flights have resumed at Tribhuvan International Airport. The flight was canceled today after heavy rain reduced visibility.
Airport spokesperson Suvash Jha said that after half an hour the visibility was cleared and the flights resumed operations.
“Now that the visibility has been opened, flights have returned to normal at the airport. Sri Lankan Airlines aircraft Bangladesh, Sri Airlines, Buddha Air, Thai Airways and other airlines were on hold,” Spokesperson Jha said, “Now they are landing in full swing.”
On Sunday, 298 domestic flights and 97 international flights are scheduled to land at this airport.
