Sydney. Anmol KC starrer fantasy-drama ‘Pharki Pharki’ has earned the best in Australia and New Zealand in its first weekend (in three days). According to the distribution company, the film has collected more than 1 crore rupees in those two countries.
According to distributor Namaste Entertainment, the film, which was released in 8 states of Australia and 6 states of New Zealand, earned the best in the first weekend. “The first three days’ earnings have surpassed the previous record of a Nepali film,” said distributor Dev Karki.
According to him, the film was released in 500 screens of 45 halls in those two countries. It is said that the movie Housefull is also in Gold Class theatres.

American distributor Patrick Subedi said that the film is being screened in 11 American cities with excellent response. Distributor Ramesh Dhakal informed that the film has been released with good response in the Middle East as well.
Director Govind Shahi said that this film directed by Suyog Gurung has earned well in Nepal till Saturday. He said, “We are hoping to earn even better on Tuesday’s Republic Day.” The booming opening of this film has brought relief to Anmol KC commercially.
