In Kathmandu. On the second day of the week, the price of gold reached Rs 1 lakh 41 thousand 800 per tola, followed by a continuous decline in the following days.
The price of gold, which started falling from Tuesday, has fallen to 1 lakh 36 thousand 900 rupees per tola by Friday. Gold has depreciated by Rs 4,900 per tola in four days.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 1,800 per tola on Friday alone.
On Thursday too, the price of gold decreased by Rs 1,800 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver decreased by Rs 10 per tola on Friday to Rs 1,855. The price of silver reached Rs 1,940 per tola on Monday and has been continuously decreasing in the following days.
Gold is trading at USD 2,333.61 per ounce in the international market. The price of silver is 30.38 dollars per ounce.
